Anyone with concerns about future or current memory problems.  CST can be given for varying degrees of memory or cognitive impairment.  It can also be started in a wellness or prevention setting. Of course, response to therapy is impacted by numerous client variables.

Although there are reports of some insurance coverage, CST is new to the United States.  Also, most insurances limit therapy to only a few weeks per calendar year, making a self-pay model the most affordable option.

Which facilities have CST for their residents?

One-on-one sessions are $45 per hour. Group sessions are provided by the facility, and are generally held 2 to 4 times monthly.

CST therapy is new to the southern Illinois region; we are actively meeting with several facilities to initiate services.  Please contact your facility's director to see if such services are or can be offered.

No.  However, we recommend a 12 week trial prior to stopping services to fully realize emerging benefits of therapy.

No. Although we often work with health care providers, no formal prescription or referral is needed.
